The renovation of this GCB was extensive. On the interior, we reimagined the home’s layout by upgrading essential systems and spaces. The lighting system was entirely revamped to create an atmosphere of modern sophistication, while the water tanks and central air conditioning system were replaced to improve efficiency and comfort. These updates not only enhanced the functionality of the home but also contributed to the overall aesthetic by providing a seamless integration of modern technology.

On the exterior, we made significant transformations to key areas, including the bedrooms, gym, entertainment room, dining room, and dry kitchen. These spaces were redesigned to embrace a more modern look while retaining the luxury and charm of the original GCB design. The home's exterior was remodeled to give it a fresh, contemporary facelift, aligning with the client’s desire for a more modern and less traditional appearance.

MATERIAL SELECTION: A BOLD MIX OF MICRO CEMENT, METAL, AND NATURAL MARBLE

To bring the client’s vision to life, we used an unconventional blend of materials to create an organic yet modern aesthetic. Micro cement, framed with metal accents, formed the foundation of the design, providing a sleek, minimalist look. Natural marble was strategically integrated to add sophistication and a touch of timeless elegance.
